原理

物料通过加料机或真空上料系统加入混合料桶，混合料桶空间呈交叉且相互垂直，状态由Y型万向节联接的主、从动轴支撑混合桶，使其在立体三维空间上做独特的平移、倒置、翻转运动，使物料在混合过程中，加速了流动和扩散作用，同时避免了一般混合机因离心力作用所产生的物料比重的偏析和积聚现象，使物料在短时间内达到理想的混合效果。

Principle

The mixing barrel is supported by the driving and driven shafts which are crossed in space and also vertical to each other, and are respectivly connected by Y-typeuniversal joints, so that the mixing barrtel makes unique translation, turning, over motions in Three-dimensional space, thereby speeds up the flow and diffusion of the materials bein mixed, while avoids the specific graviy segregation of materials due to the action of centrifugal force in an ordinary mixer, and ensures the materials to reach an ideal mixing within a short time.
